Refund & Return Policy

At SHARP PENCIL CONSULTING LLC, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our imported stationery instruments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a courteous 30-day return guarantee from the date of package delivery.

1. Return Eligibility Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery to request a return for refund or exchange. To qualify:

• The item must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, seals, and accessories intact.
• Writing instruments (fountain pens, mechanical pencils, rollerballs) must not have been dipped, inked, engraved, or modified.
• Notebooks, planners, and paper goods must be free of writing, marks, or removed pages.
• Inks, cartridges, and bottled liquids must be unopened with the factory seal unbroken.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin your return authorization (RMA):

1. Contact our concierge team at +1 (561) 809-0945 or email info@sharppencil.shop with your order number.
2. We will verify your order and email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with prepaid shipping instructions.
3. Safely pack the items into a sturdy box and mail them to our Delray Beach return center.

3. Inspection & Refund Issuance

Once received at our facility, our quality team inspects the returned merchandise within 2 business days. Upon approval, your refund will be immediately initiated back to your original payment card via our Stripe payment gateway.

Depending on your financial institution or credit card issuer, the refunded funds typically reflect on your bank statement within 3 to 7 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrived damaged in transit or a writing tool exhibits a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will immediately arrange a complimentary replacement or 100% full refund with expedited priority shipping.
